Can anyone give me some ideas about holding a club detecting day? How to set it up, prizes, pot luck, what ever it might take. Our club is new and we are trying to plan some fun things to do as soon as the snow goes. Thanks for any ideas you may have.

There is a place outside Riddle, I call "China Camp", it is where the Chinese, Railroad, and Army camped for more than 10 years while building the railroad. I have found many nice items there. Two $10.00 gold pieces, and many artifacts, my son found a 1909 16 gauge shotgun burried 18" in the ground. He was using my very old Bounty Hunter.
Good Luck if you need or want directions please let me know... |

Would like directions to that area. Now that would be a fun trip for the club. _________________ Big Fred

Shorty, is the China Camp area that is open to the public hard to get to? Is there camp sites, water, restrooms?
Thanks _________________ Big Fred
