As most of you know, the prospecting community has been in a fight with the enviromentalists and the Karuk Indians to stop dredging for gold in California. This is only the first step in stopping dredging everywhere.

Now it's our turn. The New49ers(Dave McCracken)and their lawyers are ready to fight back.
